HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Lake Wylie

Brought my son in to store today. AO was his stylist, She listened carefully and gave him a great haircut!! she even took the time to add notes to his profile for the next time! I have her card and will be requesting her everytime! Great job, Thank you!

So came into the store today, after having my hair cut Several times here before and asked for an ivy league haircut. she proceeded to show me a picture of a man with 2 inches of hair and I agreed. she then shaved me to a 1/4" or less all over. FYI when repeatedly saying 2 while showing a customer pictures, understand a 2 for you is clipper size a 2 for the customer is length of hair. totally dissapointed with this cut and the level of customer service. My son received the cut right next to me that I should have had...so communication on my part was obviously not the issue.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I would recommend going to a different shop unless you like bad haircuts, horrible service and being made fun of for your hairstyle choice. Rude staff. Long waits and an overall horrible experience. We did not tip and I hope this review helps someone not make the same mistake as us.
