Long waits, 35 minutes so far and still waiting. 8 chairs and only 2 cutters. Think I'll try another service next time. Place badly managed.

I went into the sport clips of lake Wylie today and sign in as always and was asked if I checked in online, no I didn't. So after I signed in and sat down to wait 30 min or so, the employee calls William, no one was there by that name, so they called Will B., And again no one there by that name so the next two names were called and the two guys went back for their hair cuts, and they are almost done and two guys come in the door and sit down and I'm still waiting, thinking I'm next and guess wait, they call again the two names that checked in online and was not there the first time their names were called, William, then Will B. So I'm pissed at this point and just walk out because, I don't think it's fare or right that they still have priority even know they already missed there names once and I had been sitting there this whole time. Will not go back again.
